This marks a major milestone in our journey toward building a circular economy for end-of-life tyres, transforming waste into valuable resources that power industries and protect the planet.
Our fully automated continuous reactor system is the largest single-line pyrolysis reactor in India, equipped with a closed-loop energy system that uses syngas generated on-site for clean and efficient heating.
1. Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) - Density: 0.8 - 0.9 Kg/m³
2. Carbon Char - To be upgraded into Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) with fineness <10 microns
3. Recovered Steel Wire
Over 30,000 tons of crumb rubber processed
